It is very simple to set up the UNIPETS Car Booster seat, simply follow the steps below:

1. Remove from the carry bag

2. Open the booster insert and the frame

3. Zip the insert to the frame

4. Thread the seatbelt through the 2 straps at the back of the UNIPETS Car Booster seat and clip into the seat belt buckle

5. Clip the harness around the back of your car seat and tighten

It is always a good idea to measure your dog and compare it to the specifications of the product. The UNIPETS Car Booster seat is approximately 75cm long, therefore we wouldn't recommend using this for a dog longer than 60cm. We recommend using the UNIPETS Car Booster seat for small & medium size dogs.

To clean the UNIPETS Car Booster Seat warm water and a microfibre cloth will remove general dirt and grim. For stubborn stains on the insert the cover can be removed and washed in a cold cycle with no spin as this could damage the zips, air dry - do not tumble dry.

The UNIPETS Car Booster Seat is not waterproof, however the high density oxford fabric is water resistant, this means you can wipe the product down with a damp microfibre cloth to remove dirt and grim.

The UNIPETS Car Booster Seat is in stock and will be dispatched within 2 business days. Standard shipping is free within Australia. Your item will be delivered by a tracked courier and will only be left at your nominated address if there is a safe spot to leave it. If you do not wish your item to be left in a safe place please specify this when finalising your cart in the comments section or by email.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund the UNIPETS CAR BOOSTER SEAT unless there is a manufacturing defect, an exchange can be offered. Please ensure you select carefully before purchase.

In the case your item has a manufacturing defect, we are so sorry! We ask you to contact us to request a returns form to begin the returns process. We will then assess, inspect and review the claim to decide if a replacement is appropriate, we do not offer a refund. Please note your dog being able to damage the car booster seat is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Please be aware return shipping of your item is your responsibility. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to request an exchange for a manufacturing defect.
